The purpose of this form is to collect non-sensitive basic genealogy information on persons formerly enrolled at Pullman High School as students, whether they graduated or not, whether they are currently alive or deceased. This information will be used to (1) facilitate class reunion planning, and memorialize departed classmates, (2) create online memorial bios at Find-a-Grave.com, and (3) provide family data that can be used by genealogy researchers in the future to link family lines. The Memorial Data Collection Project was created to assist the reunion administrator for the Class of 1971 40th reunion, and is not an official function of the Pullman School District. Use of this form is not limited to PHS71.
If the primary subject of this form is a living person, no information contained on this form will be released for public viewing until this person is deceased. Memorial bios for deceased persons may contain the full names and birthdates of living relatives, and their relationship to the deceased, but not the relative's location, contact information, or any other information about them. Participation in this project is completely voluntary. Return completed form to: Data Collection Project, 420 SE Water Street, Pullman WA 99163-2356
