The Suite @ SpringWater
SpringWater is not a rental... it is a legally recognized "home share" in a private residence. Surprisingly unlike any other home share or roommate arrangement in Pullman, you - as the "housemate" would not share any rooms or facilities with the homeowner.

1-Bedroom, 4-Room Suite
SpringWater is a large enough home at 5,000 sq.ft. and 20 rooms, that sharing space isn't an issue. The housemate's suite of four (4) fully remodeled rooms (a living area, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom) that were formerly maid's quarters, have a 636 sq.ft. footprint on the lowest level of the three level home. The rooms include a large 241 sq ft bedroom with sitting area and 108 linear feet of built-in bookshelves, a good-sized and well-appointed kitchen that rivals any found in high-end rental units and many private homes, a living/dining/study space, and a 3/4 bathroom. A step-in closet, walk-in closet with built-in drawers, and a laundry closet round out The Suite's footprint. Click on the "What it Looks Like" menu above for interior and exterior photos, and a floor plan of level 1 (floor plans of the other two levels are not provided for security reasons).

Location
SpringWater is located on Pullman's Southeast Pioneer Hill, within walking distance of WSU and downtown Pullman*. A bus stop with service to and from WSU and downtown is only one block from SpringWater**, and there are four nearby parks and playgrounds with baseball, tennis, and basketball facilities. It's a short drive (or slightly longer bus ride) to the Bishop Blvd. commercial district for groceries, pet supplies, fast food or a workout.

**click on "Aerial Photo" on the "What it Looks Like" menu to see bus stops and the bus route as it passes through the neighborhood.

Privacy
Although this is a "shared" living arrangement, surprisingly there is far more privacy than any shared rental in Pullman - the housemate has a semi-private entrance, and their own partially furnished securable suite of rooms tucked neatly away from the homeowner's living spaces. No rooms or facilities are shared. Try to find any other shared living situation in Pullman where your housemate doesn't use, or even enter your living space.

Quality
Quality is stamped all over this 71-year old English Norman brick home, and the $120,000 remodel of The Suite is no exception. From the ceramic tile floors to the mahogany wood blinds, from the high-end appliances to the pricey colbalt blue pendant lights, quality is built-in. Click on the "What it Looks Like" menu above for interior photos, and click on "Before You Apply" for testimonials that confirm that the photos accurately reflect what is offered.

Amenities & Features
Amenities and features include (but are certainly not limited to) a private-to-Suite built-in high-speed Ethernet network, high-speed broadband connection to the Internet, hospital-grade surge-protected outlets, high definition cable service with an HD digital receiver/dvr, a semi-private brick patio with fireplace for housemate's use, shared BBQ grill, and 1/2 acre of very private, secured and fenced yard and garden - enough room for lots of romping around. Click on the "What it Includes" menu above for a detail of the amenities, features, and facilities that are included.

Security
SpringWater sits within a 1/2 acre fenced and gated "compound" that includes motion-sensing lighting, thermal intrusion sensors, security gates on doors, and real-time hi-res CCTV (exact details to remain undisclosed). Interior "power loss" emergency lighting shows the way to safety during power outages.

Pets
SpringWater allows pets with prior approval, a written pet agreement, and an additional pet deposit. Click on "Pet Policy" on the "Before You Apply" menu above to read about the pet policy.
