A tour of The Suite can be scheduled any weekday or weekend (with some limitations) after March 1st of the current year (or as advertised) with 48-hour advanced notice.* The appointment time and date will be based in-part on the homeowner's and current housemate's schedules, and the Landlord-Tenant Act's requirement that the homeowner gives the current housemate "proper notice".**
* "advanced notice" in this case adds an extra day to the required "proper
notice".
** "proper notice" is defined by the Landlord-Tenant Act as 24-hours.
"Sight Unseen" Policy
Applications will not normally be accepted "sight unseen" - The Suite should be toured by the applicant or an authorized "personal representative" (friend, co-worker). In those cases where the applicant absolutely can't come to Pullman prior to moving here and doesn't know anyone here that can tour The Suite, an exception can be made, but the applicant will be required to forward a signed and dated letter to the homeowner stating in their own words that they find the photos on this website to be representative of The Suite and (the following must be included in the statement): "...accept the condition of The Suite 'as is', and intend to remain for the duration of the lease".
The personal representative must have a written, signed and dated letter from the applicant stating that the applicant will accept the recommendation of the personal representative.
Bring a Friend Along
Whether you tour The Suite yourself or send a personal representative/agent, you or the agent are free to bring a friend along, as a second opinion and/or for your own personal safety (the homeowner suggests that all females take a friend along anytime they are touring properties not shown by state-licensed rental agents).
Setting up Tour Appointment
After absorbing all topics on the "Before You Apply" menu, go to the "How to Apply" menu and select the "Set-up Tour" option.
