If someone submits an application before you do, you will be notified of your status, and your application and application fee will be held until the other person's application has been processed. If the other application is accepted AND they accept a formal invitation, you will receive ALL of your application fee back. If they are not accepted or do not accept a formal invitation, your application will be processed.

This is STEP 3 out of 7 steps in the application process.
Carefully read the following information. You have the option of [1] printing the application out on paper and mailing it with the other documents, or [2] completing the online application, and sending the other documents separately. You also have the option to pay the application fee by check or PayPal (read about this option here).
OPTION 1 - Submitting a Printed Application
Print the application using the following link, provide all information asked for, including your social security number (SSN) and driver's license number (DLN), then sign and date the form. Each person should complete a separate application... then continue on to step 6 in the application process.

OPTION 1 - Submitting a Printed Application

OPTION 2 - Submitting an Online Application
You should ALWAYS be cautious about submitting sensitive information via web forms - the online application below is a web form and DOES ask for personal information such as your birth date, driver's license number (DLN), and license plate number. Although your social security number (SSN) is required to process your application, it should not be typed anywhere on the online application (step 5 in the application process explains how your SSN is handled).
Complete all questions. Failing to complete ALL required fields OR the "Captcha" code at the bottom of the form, will display an error message, and clear all radio buttons & checkboxes. The host software attempts to catch fraudulent submissions and will trigger if you don't type actual words, phone numbers, addresses, etc. or if you type the same word into each field. BE VERY CAREFUL and review all fields before submitting.
Your social security number (SSN) should be submitted using the instructions on the "Sending SSN/DLN" page in order to protect it from being stolen. Your driver's license number (DLN) can be submitted via the same email as the SSN, but without any special formatting. If this is too much hassle for you, you can send the SSN and DLN via a regular email once you've gotten the address from the reply to your request for a tour, but do not use the contact form - it is not secure.
Very Important - Captcha Image Verification
Do not forget to type the "Captcha Image Verification" code at the bottom of the online application form... if you forget, the host software will reject the form, and you will need to go back and re-select radio buttons and checkboxes before re-submitting.
