This is STEP 6b in the application process.
This page explains your options for paying the [a] application fee for individuals, [b] application fee for couples, [c] security deposit, [d] carpet cleaning fee, [e] pet deposit for 1 or 2 pets, and [f] enhanced pet deposit (if applicable, an amount in addition to the pet deposit) - either all at one time or on multiple visits.
If you already know that you don't want to make an online payment via PayPal, you don't have to read beyond option 1 below.
Payment Options
You have two options for paying the required deposits & fees:
OPTION 1 - by "payment instrument" (personal check in US funds, parental check* in US funds, bank/cashier's check in US funds, or USPS/store money order**) by US mail or in person.
*parental check must have same last name as you
**non-USPS money orders must be from Pullman area source
IF making payment by payment instrument, skip the rest of the information on this page...
...otherwise, continue to Option 2 below...
OPTION 2 - by online payment (using a PayPal account balance, linked bank account, debit, or credit card) via a PayPal secure transaction. PayPal handles the entire transaction through their website - SpringWater's homeowner never sees your PayPal, bank, or credit card information. If you already have a PayPal account you can easily transfer funds, but a PayPal account is not required in order to make a payment here - PayPal can facilitate your transaction without you having an account.
If you do have a PayPal account - Payment methods using PayPal:
Paying the required deposits and fees by PayPal is quick, safe, and easy - but it will cost extra (click "PayPal Fees" on the "How to Apply" menu for a detail of the charges associated with using PayPal for these transactions). Unless it is impossible to do so, you may want to avoid PayPal especially for the larger amounts due to the transaction fees.

Making a Payment
From the PayPal link below...
- Select the first (and each subsequent) item from the drop down menu
- Click the "Add to Cart" button - you will be taken to PayPal's website
- If you wish to add more charges to the PayPal transaction, click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you are not automatically returned to this page, you will need to manually navigate back
- If you are ready to end the transaction, click "Proceed to Checkout", and when you complete the transaction you will be returned to this website
