A tour of the Suite can be scheduled any weekday or weekend after March 1st of the current year with 48-hour advance notice.
Setting Up an Appointment
Contact the homeowner...
Bring a Friend Along
Whether as a second opinion and/or for your own personal safety, you are welcome to ask a friend to come with you. If you would like to know more about the homeowner before you arrive, check out his online resume(this link will open in a new window or tab).
Be On Time
If the appointment is set for an exact time, please be on time. Homeowner will wait only 15 minutes then cancel the appointment, unless you have called or emailed to say you will be late.
Changing Appointment
Once an appointment has been scheduled, you may be given a land-line phone number via reply email, to contact the homeowner. If you can't make your appointment, call or email the homeowner to reschedule - preferrably prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Missing an Appointment
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment - whatever the reason - without calling or emailing within 8-hours to explain and/or reschedule, it will be assumed that you are no longer interested, and no attempt will be made to reschedule you. Those who miss their appointment without some attempt at communication are presumed to be less than dependable, and probably not good candidates for SpringWater.
