This page details the options that are available to the housemate, other than lease options which are detailed on the "Lease Options" page, or the actual lease periods available (when contract begins and ends) which are detailed on the "Lease Period Options" page.
Maid/Housekeeping Service Option
You have the option to hire a housekeeper to come into The Suite once per month and clean any part of it you wish (the back entry floor, staircase, and floor from the bottom of the staircase to housemate's door would be part of the deal since it is housemate's responsibility).
Land-line Phone Service
Do you want a land-line phone but not the monthly bill or service in your name. If you reimburse the Homeowner for the set-up fees, the Homeowner will establish a land-line in his name (without long-distance service) and will add the cost of the monthly service ($50 base rate) plus the cost of each local-long-distance call made to the next month's reimbursement. Note that the land-line phone service would terminate one month before the natural termination of the lease.
