In addition to personal contact and email (the primary contact between housemates), SpringWater's homeowner offers support to the housemate through the SpringWater "Insider". The Insider has both an [1] un-secured area which contains external links, and a [2] secured area containing information specific to the current housemate. Both areas are accessed through the "Insider Log-in" page.

Insider - Un-secured
The following are accessed through the menu bar on the "Insider Log-in" page:

  • Traffic cameras [access to all Washington State traffic cameras]
  • DOT travel information [travel alerts, mountain pass information]
