Included Utilities
**additional charge for items left outside the garbage container
^"carry-out service" is the act of moving the garbage container to the curb and back, and recycling in PDS bins from the patio to the curb and back. PDS charges for this service
***daily/weekly maintenance of housemate entry and staircase is housemate's responsibility unless maid service has been contracted
^^if the repair was necessary due to housemate's or their invitee's actions or inactions (negligence), housemate will be responsible for paying the charges
